Shipping option:

Pick up in-store
If you choose “Pick up in store” as Shipping option it means we will not delivery to you but you will pick up in our offices in Phuket.

Free delivery in Thailand
If you choose “Free delivery in Thailand” as Shipping option it means we will delivery to you free of charge in Thailand only.

Delivery details
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (except when stated different in the website) and are shipped based on the best rate/quality available depending on the article. Small articles like pizza shovels and other accessories will be shipped via EMS (tracking number and link to track will be provided), garden pizza ovens will be ship with trusted couriers and professional pizza ovens will be delivery by our staff.
Shipping is free included handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are also free, the price you paid in the website is that! The only case when a cost can eventually be added is if your destination is not reachable by carriageable road. In that event please contact us for a personalized price. We advise you to group your items in one order. We will eventually group orders as also we will divide orders in different shipments depending on size, weight and other conditions.

For out of Thailand

International Delivery (out of Thailand) can be done as well but NOT FREE. If your delivery destination is not Thailand at time of check out the system will allow you to choose only “Pick up in-store”, so NO delivery option. We ask you then if the delivery destination is out of Thailand to contact us, your delivery will be processed manually with our operators that will provide detailed costs. You can send email at So the price you pay on the website DOES NOT include delivery out of Thailand. Of course you can pick up free in our offices in Phuket or send your trusted agent.


We accept returns only for defective materials. We will determine the default through email, photo and even video chat. In the case we will give instructions for the return that will be carried out on our behalf with no charge for you. For garden ovens and professional ovens, no returns allowed. will work to replace or repair the defective product by paying for its own shipping and personal expenses.
