Pizza class / March

Learn how to make the real Italian pizza with an Italian chef in an Italian restaurant in Phuket. The class will be maximum 6 people and you will learn:

• Prepare the dough for pizza
• Prepare the tomato souce for pizza
• Make pizza of course also by hands
• Bake the pizza in a wood burning pizza oven and in a gas pizza oven
• Dressing the pizza
• Choose and recognize the right ingredients
• Correctly serve the pizza
• Basic tips on running a pizza place

This course will be held from Wednesday 28 till Sunday 1 April 2018. The price include:

• 4 night in hotel in private room (March 28 check in, 29, 30, 31 and check out 1 April 2018 morning)
• 3 day course 6 hours a day
• Full board (Italian breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• Pick-up and back from Phuket airport to the hotel
